Mary Lou Tunnicliffe, founder and CEO. Trained in medical transcription at a hospital in Northern Michigan, Tunnicliffe is a jack of all trades. She maintains close contact with long-time clients, helps manage operations and even fills in as a transcriptionist from time to time.
Loren Tunnicliffe, chief operating officer. Loren learned the family business as a part-time transcriptionist in high school. After graduating from the University of Texas Arlington with a degree in mathematics, he joined the company to manage day-to-day operations as well as business development.
Christy Cole, RHIA, quality assurance manager. Christy works with transcriptionists and clients to answer questions and ensure that transcribed records are complete and accurate. Christy also plays an important role in sampling and grading ongoing work for quality and accuracy. She is the administrator and primary instructor for the MTS training program. Christy is a graduate of Texas State University with an RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) degree and worked as an assistant HIM director at an East Texas hospital.
Cynthia Gonzales, production manager. Cynthia is a traffic cop of sorts, analyzing incoming job requests and assigning jobs to contract transcriptionists based on their availability and specialties. She's worked in the medical field for 25 years, including family practice. Cynthia is a member of PAHCOM (Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management).
Linda Hannemann, radiology manager. Linda works closely with the radiology transcriptionists and acts as liason between the client and the transcriptionists to ensure accurate and complete reports in a timely manner. She graduated from Texas A&M Extension Service Transcription School and has worn a variety of hats in the transcription industry.
